Your Opportunity

At Dolby our Recruiting teamis responsible fordelivering a high-quality efficient and inclusive hiring process across a global organization.

We are seeking aRecruiting Coordinator (Contract)to provide support to our US recruiting team. This role will focus primarily on interview schedulingoffercoordination and process support to help ensureaseamlessexperience for candidates and hiring teams.

This is a6-month contract rolebased in Atlanta with the potential to extend based on business needs.

WhatYoullDo

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (phone virtual and onsite)

  • Manage complex schedulinglogisticsacross candidates recruiters and interview panels

  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensuretimelycommunication with all stakeholders

Offer & Hiring Support

  • Ownpreparation and processing of offer letters

  • Manage offer-related coordination including updates changes and follow-up to ensuretimelyandaccurateexecution

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

  • Ensuretimelycommunication follow-up and a positive candidate experience

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Recruiting Operations Support

  • Maintainaccuratecandidate data within recruiting systems

  • Track interview progress scheduling status and key recruiting activities

  • Provide support for reporting trackers and operational workflows as needed

  • Identifyopportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and process flow

Team Support

  • Support multiple recruiters acrossdifferent functionsand regions

  • Assistwith ad hoc recruiting coordination and operational activities as needed

  • Partner closely with recruiting and operations stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently

WhatYoullBring

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination recruiting operations or HR support

  • Strong experience with interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders

  • Experience supporting offer coordination and recruiting workflows

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communicationskills and ability to interact with candidates and business stakeholders

  • Experience working with ATS or recruiting systems (e.g. Eightfold SuccessFactors etc.) preferred

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $28-33 an hourwhich can vary if outside this locationplus bonus benefits and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills competencies experience market demands internal parity and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
