RESPONSIBILITIES:
TheLegal Intern willassistwith avariety of legal projects which are expected to include:
legal researchon licensing and patent infringement/enforcement issues
analyses of the patent litigation landscape and litigation prep
assistingwith license compliance matters
assistingbusiness in understanding contractual requirements and applicable legal landscape
developing and implementing improved policies and processes for the legal department
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interestinpatents and intellectual property law
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Attention to detail
Positive and professional attitude including dependabilityandtimeliness
Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
Experience with online research tools as well as Westlaw Lexis/Nexis and Bloomberg

Eligibility:
Working towards a graduate law degree (JD or LLM) at an accredited law school with a strong academicrecord;recentgradswho are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday Friday for 6 months between September 2026- December 2026.
Start dates for the internship are as follows: (*note* this date is not flexible)

The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is$55-62/hrand can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
