We are actively seeking new 21 Pandas to join our crew at our Clayton WA facility! Our site offers a low-stress commute with easy access and plenty of parking.

What Does this Position Entail
This position is responsible for the care and cultivation of cannabis plants from the vegetative state to harvest. As a Cannabis Cultivation Tech your daily duties will include:

• Pruning cannabis plants to optimize growth.
• Performing plant care including tucking and manipulation of plants.
• Sanitizing and cleaning the grow facility to maintain strict health standards.
• Applying nutrients and other crucial agricultural inputs.
• Setting up new grow rooms for upcoming cycles.
• Harvesting cannabis plants as needed.

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required for cannabis industry compliance).
• Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work morning shifts and weekends.
• Physical mental and other requirement details are available at your request and will be presented before an offer of employment.

• Deer Park WA: Less than a 10-minute drive (approx. 5 miles via US-395 N).
• Loon Lake / Springdale WA: An easy 1015 minute drive.
• Spokane / North Spokane WA: A smooth reverse-traffic commute of about 2530 minutes.
