Mountain Projects is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Processing Clerk to support the efficient management of company records and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing processing organizing and maintaining both electronic and physical documents while ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Receive review sort and process incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
Scan index upload and organize documents within the companys document management system.
Verify document information and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure documents are complete accurate and properly categorized.
Retrieve documents and records in response to internal requests.
Assist with document retention archiving and disposal in accordance with company policies and recordkeeping requirements.
Update tracking logs and databases with document status and related information.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and client information.
Provide administrative support and assist with other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in document processing records management administrative support or data entry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
Knowledge of records management and document control procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new software and office technologies.
