Job Summary
Large Multi-Rooftop Automotive Group looking for a responsible detail oriented DMV/Motor Vehicle Processor to join our team. Applicants should have at least 1 year experience and must have fingerprints and background check already done.
Proficient Computer Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Applicant will be responsible for 3 dealerships
Process all new and used retail/lease deals for title and registration
Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and ensure compliance with NJ state requirements
Verify accuracy of all documents including titles registrations odometer statements
Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with dealership and state requirements
Handle corrections for rejected or returned paperwork
Ensure all paperwork is processed within required deadlines
Assemble inspection stickers to put with license plates and registrations
Additional office duties when necessary
Qualifications
- CDK Knowledge
Vitu processing knowledge
Minimum 1 year experience in a dealership environment
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of state title and registration regulations
Ability to handle high volumes of paperwork and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
Must be fingerprinted and have had background check done
