We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify

• Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training including but not limited to orientation initial training tastings informational seminars ongoing development of employees etc.
• Review maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials
• Observe maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners
• Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable
• Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions
• Assist GM and designated managers/chefs as directed to interview hire onboard train supervise and develop all hourly employees as needed
• Use online applicant tracking system (ATS) and teach ATS functions to managers as needed
• Assist with execution and organization of GHS food handlers compliance and alcohol awareness training
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests vendors and employees and respond with patience and courtesy
• Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel as needed
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds

• 2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant
• Skilled in leading and developing teams
