Job Summary
Glenbrook South High Schools Student Support department is seeking a Division Executive Assistant to begin on July 1 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.
The division executive assistant provides clerical and organizational support to the Associate Principal for Student Support and provides ongoing assistance to faculty staff students and parents. The division executive assistant coordinates office support as needed. This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures as well as departmental goals and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions. The division executive assistant will maintain and encourage a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment while keeping the needs of the students and staff a priority.
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
- Associates degree and/or two years of administrative assistant experience.
- Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred.
- Desire for continued professional development is essential.
