Basic Job Functions:
The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by developing strong customerrelationships identifying market opportunities and executing strategic sales plans. The DSM works closely with customers dealers contractorsand internal teams to promote company products and services increase market share and achieve sales objectives.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of outside sales experience or successful completion of Nucors DDSM program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Technical or related field
- Steel and insulated panel experience
- Insulated metal panel sales experience
