A high-growth surgical MedTech company is redefining peripheral nerve surgery.

We are seeking a proven surgical medical device sales professional to build and grow a greenfield territory covering Houston Austin & San Antonio.

Candidates must reside in Houston or the Greater Houston area.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of medical device sales with direct OR experience
• Proven success building a territory from the ground up
• Startup/early-commercial experience strongly preferred
• Track record of launching innovative or first-in-class technology and driving physician adoption
• Strong clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons
• Experience navigating hospital systems and VAC approvals
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota

Relevant backgrounds include peripheral nerve plastics hand orthopedics/extremities trauma reconstructive and vascular surgery as well as other complex surgical specialties in startup environments.

Compensation

$135K base $285K OTE
