Equitable is looking for a dynamic District Recruiting Support Specialist - Part Time (20 Hours a Week) to join our team!

What Youll Be Doing

• Support up to 12 managers in candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
• Develop post and respond to recruiting postings on multiple platforms.
• Analyze results of sourcing methods/tools.
• Assist with college/university career fair scheduling and follow up.
• Other projects as specified.

This position is a onsite work position based out of our Woodbridge NJ office.

The base salary range for this position is $30000 -$31000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
