Heres how anDistrict HRPD Coordinator for PCL Industrial Services Abilene TX contributes to our team:
- Must be able to work the hours of 6:00am-4:30pm CST
- Provides support to HRPD team in on boarding practices (entry-to mid-level positions).
- Provides administrative support to HRPD programs and policy administration as first point of contact.
- Participates in district HRPD strategic planning process. Provides support on project-level/initiatives as assigned.
- Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Assists with coordination and administration of training and facilitation plans/ programs.
- Provides implementation support to district HRPD supervisor on initiatives.
- Basic understanding of HRPD-related principles practices procedures and employment legislation.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to research and analyze information.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills high level of detail orientation and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
- Working towards an HR designation preferred.
