District Facilities & Security Support Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts 12 Month Calendar 7:30PM to 7:30AM

GENERAL DUTIES

Ensure the security safety and proper building performance of District facilities and systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications including but not limited to email and systems applications
• Hold a valid certificate in a District approved student intervention system or be able to obtain in 60 days
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Hold a valid Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) certificate or be able to obtain within 30 days
• Hold a valid Oregon drivers license
• Hold a valid First aid/CPR certification or be able to obtain one in 30 days
• General understanding in Fire Panels HVAC Refrigeration Intrusion and access control systems
• Knowledge of regulations governing work within identified trades including rules on safety practices
• Knowledge and skills in building envelope systems i.e. plumbing electrical carpentry etc.
• Experience in security services preferred
• Bilingual English/SpanishPreferred(bilingual is defined as fluency in reading writing and speaking two languages as determined by District screening tool)
