Job Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Kentucky LBA.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations.

JOB GOAL: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA plays a pivotal role in developing and
implementing behavior intervention plans conducting assessments and providing
training to staff and caregivers.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify behavioral needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on
  • assessments and clinical data.
  • Assist with the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings
  • including schools and possibly a virtual mode for home settings
  • Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and
  • make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists occupational therapists parents guardians and educators to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data at all times
  • Other duties as assigned.
