Job Title: Distribution Specialist III / Warehouse Worker III

Location: Clinton PA USA

Duration: 6 Months Contract (07/15/2026 01/14/2027)

Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

We are seeking a Distribution Specialist III to support warehouse and distribution center operations by performing finished goods movement inventory transactions and material handling activities while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy efficiency and timely execution of warehouse operations while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting overall distribution center performance.

• Comply with all company policies procedures and applicable regulations.
• Receive store move and handle finished goods including hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Process receiving and shipping activities accurately using pick lists and finished goods documentation.
• Perform inventory transactions and finished goods movements within Oracle systems.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and transaction processing.
• Support warehouse activities involving internal transfers and shipments to external vendors and freight forwarders.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness by following 5S standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely including:
  • Forklifts
  • Reach trucks
  • Power pallet trucks
  • Hand trucks
  • Trolleys
  • Stretch wrap machines
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to warehouse leadership.
• Ensure products are stored in designated Oracle locations to prevent damage and maximize storage capacity.
• Perform system transactions including:
  • Inventory receiving
  • Sub-inventory transfers
  • Order release
  • Order ship confirmation
• Properly label and organize inventory for traceability and identification.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for:
  • Item number
  • Product description
  • Lot number
  • Expiration date
  • Quantity and condition
• Segregate non-conforming materials into quarantine locations pending disposition.
• Conduct cycle counts according to schedule and investigate inventory variances with corrective actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma Secondary School Certificate or equivalent required.

• Minimum 1 year of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Experience using computerized inventory systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP.
• Experience using computerized shipping systems (e.g. Precision).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Outlook).

• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of initiative and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and warehouse safety procedures.

• Forklift Certification.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel Word and email communication.
