Job Title: Distribution Center Supervisor
Location: Onsite Neenah WI 54597 USA
Position: Full-Time Direct Hire
Salary: Compensation: $75K $85K base 10% bonus depending on experience
Overview
Our partner is looking for a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day Distribution Center operations including shipping receiving inventory control cycle counting safety and team leadership for a group of 25 30 associates/forklift operators.

Were looking for someone with:
5 years in warehouse/distribution operations
Experience with shipping receiving inventory control and logistics
Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
Background managing productivity KPIs staffing and operational efficiency
Experience with 3PLs transportation coordination and warehouse processes
Strong Excel and inventory systems experience
