Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Logistics Rails to support our Distribution Center team. This role will be responsible for assisting the loader with Rail Car set-up (pre-load). This includes but is not limited to: Opening car doors conducting initial clearing/cleaning of dunnage and various paraphernalia out of car setting up car for loader (placing serviceable dunnage within and directly outside of the rail car for loader).ââââââ

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Expectation is for line hauler to assist loader with Rail Car set-up (pre-load) This includes but not limited to: Opening car doors conducting initial clearing/cleaning of dunnage and various paraphernalia out of car setting up car for loader (placing serviceable dunnage within and directly outside of the rail car for loader)ââââ
• Expectation is for line haulers to assist with Rail Car Dunnage preparation separation (serviceable from non-serviceable) organization disposal inventory checks and stagingââ
• Responsible for assisting loaders with shrouding palletsâââ
• Responsible for track and dock sanitation. This includes but is not limited to cleaning & sorting equipment lumber and rail bed.â
• Maintain all areas to 5S standards. This includes all work areas related to rail loading.ââ
• Must have knowledge on how to set temperature for refer unitsâââ
• Participate in total production manufacturing (TPM) to include AM PM FI OCCI EM and HSE pillar teams as requiredâââ
• Participate in the continuous improvement process to include but not limited to Why-Why & 7-step process meetings to eliminate losses or waste to include safety issuesâââ
• When equipment problems occur it is the responsibility of each employee to assist in getting the problem corrected quickly and on time (flow to the work) above and beyond without having to be askedââ
• Will be required to learn and use multi-computer skills which are paramount to the teams successâââ
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by supervisory management and union representatives Desired Education/Experienceâââ
• Ability to execute and manage a clean-up plan that contributes to the creation and maintenance of a team environmentââ
• Ability to troubleshoot problems determine cause and resolve problems with assistanceâââ
• Ability to understand and comply with quality assurance standardsâââ
• Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and make immediate corrective actionâââ
• Must be able to work independently and with limited supervisionâââ

• Ensure all safety rules procedure policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followedââ
• Will stay up to date on all required peak performance safety training.â

• Must be able to use WMSâââ
• Ability to operate complex machinery in the achievement of Sanitation goalsâââ
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writingâââ
• Must be able to work with computer software such as Outlook Word Excel Dashpad.âââ

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Must be located in Bradenton FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift including standing walking bending reaching and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureââ
• Must have a valid Forklift driver license.â
• Job will require overtime which could include more than 40 hours per week 7 days a week and up to 12-hour daysâââ
