Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor during high-volume shifts
- Support and coach team members
- Provide cannabis product recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Assist with cash handling and daily store operations
- Support inventory restocking and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean organized dispensary
Qualifications
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
- Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21 and meet all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission requirements

- High-volume cannabis dispensary
- Team-oriented retail setting
- Active role requiring standing walking and occasional lifting
