DispatcherConstruction Services Coordinator

SOCOTEC has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator in Las Vegas NV. Job duties include:

• Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects
• Providing clients with high-quality customer service
• Communicating client needs to field staff
• Inputting data into scheduling software
• Preparing field files for staff
• Performing miscellaneous administrative duties including:
  • Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk
  • Document organization and filing
  • Providing administrative support to project managers
  • Manage office fleet vehicles
  • Assist with safety officer responsibilities
  • Assist with field inventory supplies and equipment

Qualifications :

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• 2 years of dispatching experience preferably for construction or other fast-paced industries
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Status: Full time in office
