Dispatcher

We specialize in the design installation service and maintenance of commercial and industrial projects. As a design-build leader our team has constructed and maintained mechanical systems for a wide variety of high-profile clients including hospitals data centers manufacturers hotels universities office buildings and more.

We are looking for an organized and friendly person to join our dispatching team. As a dispatcher you will work in a team environment to provide service on commercial and industrial HVAC mechanical and plumbing systems. You will work in a dispatch team to track technicians throughout the day schedule and create work orders and relay all job information to the technicians. You will be the driving force in helping our technicians meet the needs of our customers.

• Answer customer calls and prioritize emergencies
• Customer service representative for the company
• Primary office contact for technicians
• Work closely with the supervisors and technicians to schedule work
• Dispatch technicians to jobs/contracts/service calls by skill level history of the job and location of work.

Other Functions and Responsibilities:

• Create work order numbers and relay all job information to the technicians
• Issue POs to technicians
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
