Kevins Plumbing & Heating is looking for a dependable organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and setting up service work orders
• Following up with customers after service calls
• Ordering parts and tracking deliveries
• Checking in parts and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with technicians and office staff
• Providing excellent customer service by phone and in person

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Software Field Edge and QuickBooks
• Experience in dispatching customer service or the plumbing/HVAC industry is a plus but we are willing to train the right person
