What Youll Do

• Plan and coordinate daily local moving schedules and crew assignments.
• Dispatch crews drivers and equipment efficiently.
• Communicate with customers crews drivers and internal departments.
• Monitor moves throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
• Track and help ensure compliance with driversHours of Service (HOS)requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day transportation and operational safety helping ensure drivers and crews follow company safety procedures.
• Resolve scheduling and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Help ensure crews have the information and resources needed to complete each move successfully.
• Maintain accurate schedules job information and driver records.
• Help maximize truck and crew efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Dependable professional and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• Previous experience in dispatch logistics transportation moving or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with driver Hours of Service and transportation safety requirements is a plus.
