Monitor dispatch operations and review Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) entries records and database activity to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with departmental procedures and Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) standards
Oversee Colorado and National Crime Information Center (CCIC/NCIC) queries entries and cancellations to ensure compliance with applicable laws policies and protocols
Provide employee coaching mentoring and performance management through regular feedback quality assurance reviews performance evaluations corrective actions and development planning
Develop coordinate and deliver training for dispatch personnel including CAD RMS CCIC/NCIC systems emergency notification systems security and monitoring platforms and operational procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies procedures training programs drills and scenario-based exercises including participation in campus-wide emergency preparedness initiatives
