Are you organized detail-oriented and able to keep multiple priorities moving at once Were looking for a Dispatch & Scale Coordinator to help coordinate truck schedules communicate with drivers and customers operate truck scales and keep our transportation operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same. Youll work closely with drivers customers sales team members and yard personnel to ensure materials are moved safely and efficiently.

Two shifts available:

M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with occasional Saturdays

Off Monday T-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Sat 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

What Youll Do

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound truck deliveries.
• Dispatch drivers and monitor routes throughout the day.
• Communicate with drivers customers and internal teams regarding schedules and delivery updates.
• Operate truck scales and process weight tickets.
• Create and maintain transportation and shipment records.
• Assist with load scheduling routing and logistics coordination.
• Process paperwork and enter information into company systems.
• Answer phones emails and inquiries.
• Support daily yard and transportation operations.

What Were Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in dispatching transportation logistics scale operations customer service or administrative support is a plus.
