Job Summary
The Ridge at Castle Pines located in Castle Rock CO is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Details stocks and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close
- Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler by sweeping and mopping
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
- Performs daily cleaning including dry storage walk-in shelving steam tables hoods and exhaust system
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Assists with light food prep
- Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
- Practices excellent operational sanitation
- Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates
- Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Performs other duties as required
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Regular and reliable attendance
