Dishwasher Responsibilities:

• Monitor machinery for the appropriate soap levels and water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles
• Maintain levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Maintain levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
• Inspect pull and stack cleaned items send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.
• Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
• Load run and unload dish washing machines
• Receive deliveries store perishables properly and rotate stock.
• Dispose of boxes glass kitchen waste proper receptacles
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required
• Aid and assist chefs in daily preparation of items goods and inventory as requested

Qualifications for the Dishwasher:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed
• Flexibility to work any shift including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to grasp lift and or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a maximum of 60 lbs
