Dishwashers will load and unload items from machine and move them to their designated spaces so cooks and wait staff can conveniently reach them as are responsible for stocking self-serve stations with plates silverware & are also to clean other dishware by hand as needed.
Dishwashers may be called upon to wash and empty trash cans wipe off countertops sweep the kitchen and perform other tasks related to may also assist with unloading and stocking deliveries.
