On the job:
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes glassware utensils pots and pans
- Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition empty trash and move to dump site comply with local sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
