This is a full time position but flexibility is key - shifts and days will vary based on operational needs.

What Youll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes glassware tableware pots pans and utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
• Maintain a clean safe and sanitary dishwashing area.
• Sort and stack clean dishes ensuring they are delivered to the correct kitchen and serving areas.
• Monitor and change dishwater and soak tubs regularly to maintain proper sanitation.
• Remove trash sweep mop and maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Properly set up and break down dishwashing stations.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols including handwashing procedures and temperature monitoring for dish machines.
• Assist with additional kitchen support duties as needed.
