Detailed Job Description:Dishwashers

• Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude
• Communicates clearly
• Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
• Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes glassware tableware pans utensils etc.
• Lift place and then remove loaded racks of dishes glassware etc. into and from dish machine
• Wash pots pans and trays by hand when necessary
• Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
• Clean floors at end of night
• Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
• Maintains a clean sanitary workstation to include tables shelves floors equipment etc.
• Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
• Assists in other areas of facility performing maintenance cleanliness etc. as assigned
• Follows all Opening/Closing procedures for dish area as assigned
• Able to reach bend stoop and frequently
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
