Dishwasher

Turtleback Mountain Golf and Resort located in Elephant Butte NM is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Cleans sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes pots pans flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage walk-in shelving steam tables hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean wash and sanitize all dishes and clean the kitchen after closing.
• Performs other duties as required

• Must have some experience

• Regular and reliable attendance.
