Moo & Brew a popular and vibrant restaurant known for its mouthwatering burgers and refreshing craft beers is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. As a Dishwasher you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy clean and sanitized dishware utensils and kitchen equipment contributing to the overall exceptional dining experience at Moo & Brew.
Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean and sanitize dishware glassware utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Sort stack and store clean dishware in appropriate storage areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables and portioning ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and surrounding workspaces.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards following proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs of dishwashing equipment.
• Uphold Moo & Brews high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
