Dishwasher Brew Brothers

The Utility Stocker is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing pots pans utensils and equipment. Assists with bussing tables and supports overall restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipmentpotsand pans
• Cleans washes and inspects all dishwaresilverwareand glasses
• Responsible for taking out kitchen trash including grease and food particles from garbage disposals
• Responsible for cleaning walls doorsceiling and floors in the kitchen and restaurant areas
• Adheres to all food safety and handling set by the Nebraska Department of Health
• Maintains friendly professional and polite demeanor with all employees and guests
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must be able to understand and speak English
• Mustbe able to follow and understanddirections

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days evenings weekends and holidays
