Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant has clean tableware glass ware flatware and cook ware during busy periods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to work weekend nights as well on days with special events such as a Home Game or a parade.
Must be able to carry trays and dish tubs full of dirty dishes from the restaurant into the dish room and then deliver clean items to appropriate location.
