Job Summary
This position will be basedinBoston MAand may require up to 5%travel.
This is what you will do:
The Disease Area Lead is responsible forplanningexecutionand alignment with Marketing on all HCP Engagements for theDesignatedDiseasearea(DA).Using the annual HCP Engagement Plan as a guide proactivelycommunicatingand executing on Marketing initiatives that involve HCPs; including Speaker Programs Congresses Ad Boards Speaker Training programs etc.The Disease Area Lead serves as primary point of contact fordiseasearea on all issues involving HCPs and HCP vendor engagementand acts acritical advisor tothebusiness by translatingdataobservationsintoactionablerecommendations. Alsotheyshare best practices with otherDALeads andleadsinnovation on specific enhancements.
You willbe responsible for:
Working in alignment with Marketing to plan andexecute onall engagementsutilizingHCPs both in person and virtual.
Actingas subject matter expert and point of contact for HCP engagement activities and planning within theDA.
ReviewKPIreportsregularlyand provide theDAbusinessleadershipwithactionableinsights/recommendationsto enhancespeaker programengagementse.g.attendee surveyresults.
Partner withsales and marketingleaderstodefinespeakerprogramintended audiencesetgoalsandreport on KPIs.
Ensuringconsistency and compliance with operation requirements for all Speaker Bureau nominations and other HCP engagementsincludingcontracting documentation andrecordsretention.
Respondingto questions about speaker contracting compliance training status or program content/topic qualifications and training needs. ManagingNominationtracker for TA and respondingto inquiries.
Deliveringneeded training within TA to ensure clear expectations and skills to use tools and meet requirements.
Leadingefficienciesand innovation to improve experience for HCPsMarketingand compliance partners.
Ensuringcomplete andaccurateexecution of all Audience Accumulation documentation reporting and insights gathered.
Executingrequirements related to managing and tracking program information ensuring all actions are completed on time and on budget and continually communicating with the project team to foster positive interactions andultimately achievingdesired program outcomes
Utilizing Excel or other similartool provide oversight and budget reporting on HCP Engagements sharing with Marketing as well as Director
Working with stakeholders lead innovation enhancements that support the continuous improvement of the HCP Operation
Managingall daily Speaker Bureau communications and issues arising from SalesMarketingorvendor.
Aligningclosely withlogisticsvendorto ensure meetinglogisticsalign with HCP needs.
Drivingtheannualneeds assessment process including thenominations and Speaker Bureau selection process ina timelyway to ensurefaststart to year.
Collaboratingwith marketing and sales teams to exchange ideas and gain feedback on operational areas of improvement
Workingwith stakeholdersensuringthetimelycloseout of all events.
Demonstratingorganizedandtimelyapproach to tasks withinDA.
You will need to have:
B.S. or B.A. in business finance or marketing
4years experiencesupporting teams in an operationalcapacity
Proactive and customer-focusedmindset to stay on top of upcoming engagements
Business processunderstanding toensureoperational compliance against business process
Ability tomultitask andmaintainworkflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment executing with a sense of urgency
Relationshipand partnering skills are essential for this position.This job will requireestablishingand maintaining excellent working relationships with HCP Vendor and Brandleads.
The duties of this role aregenerally conductedin an office environment.As is typical of an office-based role employees must be able with or withoutan accommodationto:use a computer; engage incommunicationsvia phone video and electronic messaging;engage in problem solving and non-linear thought analysis and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $147900 to $221800. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and addition our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
