Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Discovery & Collection Specialists (Source Strategies Analysts) to support a mission-critical government customer in Springfield Virginia. Successful candidates will possess strong GEOINT collection management experience exceptional organizational and writing skills and the ability to collaborate across mission stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting GEOINT collection management
- MUST have current TS/SCI
- Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community mission focus areas and collection management structures
- Experience defining documenting and drafting SOPs workstreams best practices or operational procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Premiere Adobe Photoshop and/or similar tools
- Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external mission partner relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph examination
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing GEOINT collection operations
- Experience developing training materials job aids videos or performance support solutions
- Knowledge of GEOINT training methodologies and tradecraft implementation
- GEOINT Professional Certification Fundamentals (GPC-F)
- GEOINT Professional Certification Collections (GPC-C)
