Were driven by meaningful work a strong team culture and a shared commitment to improving everyday life across the region and investing deeply in our people through benefits and development opportunities that exceed industry are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer with a strong technical background in water resources stormwater and wastewater systems to lead projects within our Water/Wastewater discipline spanning the planning design and implementation of drinking water wastewater and sustainable systems to ensure environmental and regulatory this role you will independently complete complex development of engineering design preparation of specifications compile technical reports and other activities requiring the knowledge of standard engineering principles and ResponsibilitiesLead projects utilizing technical knowledge and experience to develop the project teams overall projects from planning to design and construction of water/wastewater distribution and conveyance systems including pipelines pump stations storage and end-of-pipe treatment development of construction documents/specifications and handling engineering services during established budgets and delivery schedules for each assignment: project/task scope schedule and execution of projects with other medium to large planning and design projects from inception to complete construction packages (including all deliverables) for the engineering procurement and construction of Water/Wastewater and manages cost estimates and project schedules and will be responsible for completing design tasks within budget and on detailed engineering calculations and analysis and utilizes design software to solve complex and supports the work of others and mentors junior level engineer and design/drafting technical & QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Environmental Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study required.10 to 15 years experience in the planning design and construction municipal Water/ preparing reviewing and approving project drawings specifications schedules and cost in process design treatment plant upgrades and pump station relationship skills including preparation and development of proposals and client management experience with a successful record of accomplishment delivering a variety of engineering projects that meet or exceed the expectations of the in technical societies and trade organizations associated with Water/Wastewater (AWWA WEF ASCE NGWA etc.)Strong data analysis and technical to develop competence in a broad array of engineering related to train and mentor junior level track record of proposal writing and communication skills both oral and Engineer (P.E.) license Certification annual salary for this role is $110000 to $ employment offer may deviate from this publishedrangebased on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience specialty knowledge education geography and/or related certifications not related to any applicants characteristicsprotected by local state or federal : The salary or hourly rate indicated does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
