Discipline Engineer | Civil Engineering

Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and coordination of work on multidiscipline projects ranging from due diligence/site feasibility studies site engineering through regulatory approvals and full permitting for full range of site development site layout and design including site grading and storm drainage roadway design water and sewer infrastructure erosion and sediment hydrology and hydraulic calculations and be knowledgeable of NYSDEC storm water drainage and SWPPP requirements. Perform project administration including writing reports gathering information writing proposals & correspondence tracking project costs and completing progress engineers opinion of probable costs for designed projects and specifications for public with other engineering and architectural departments within the building and communication directly with clients in support and coordination of all project both independently and as a team with other professionals and technicians dependent on project/ for the on-time on budget high quality technical delivery of all project and QualificationsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.15 years design experience with a specific focus on site development projectsStrong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills Autoturn Excel and of civil engineering principles and practices of related technical -motivated capable of working independently or within project teams. Team-spirited focused and able to make independent oral and written communication salary range for this role is $131000 - 165000 employment offer may deviate from this publishedrange based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience specialty knowledge education geography and/or related certifications not related to any applicants characteristics protected by local state or federal law.
