Job Summary
Disciples Church in Tinley Park Illinois is seeking a Student Ministry Coordinator Resident to help invest in the next generation while growing as a ministry leader. This 36-hour-per-week residency provides hands-on experience in student ministry leadership development discipleship event coordination and team leadership within a growing multiethnic church of approximately 1200 attendees. Residents receive intentional coaching from the Student Ministry Pastor and are developed through real ministry responsibilities collaborative staff culture and a strong focus on spiritual growth and disciple-making. Compensation is $1500 per month housing.
We are looking for someone who:

- knows they want to be in full-time vocational ministry in a church
