Job Summary
Disaster recovery case manager-needed for full-time temporary work for approximately 9 months. The recovery case manager provides case management for disaster survivors which may include local travel to meet clients material needs resource procurement and referral to outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform intake and assessments to determine eligibility and needs of disaster survivors.
Create individualized disaster recovery plans to restore clients to their previous level of functioning and monitor progress toward goals.
Inform and connect clients with emerging resources resolve system impediments and provide referrals to other disaster and non-disaster services.
