Currently seeking an experienced Underwriting Director who will be responsible for acquiring and retaining profitable property and casualty accounts with our Mid-Atlantic agency partners. The selected candidate will manage an underwriting team and plan direct and oversee the Underwriting function for the Georgia Branch Office in accordance with corporate and regional goals for production profitability retention and policyholder service. This position is a hybrid role in our Mid-Atlantic office in Glen Allen VA.

The salary range for this position is $141236-$217503 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities.
