ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Communication

• Synchronizingoperationalsupport across the globe with relevant stakeholders and assuming accountability for results
• Develop operational financialandsystemsSOP and subsequent regional/branch coordination andtraining.
• Lead implementation of new business
• Providesstrategic directionsupportand coaching toregional/local operationsteams
• Internal and external business reviewson a regular schedule tobe shared collaboratively with team members in each region and withexecutivesponsors.
• Partners with and coordinates internal company resources to achieve businessobjectivesmaintainaccount satisfaction and ensure that the companys specialty servicesare aligned tosupport clientoperational and integrationSLAswhile achieving acceptablemargins
• Develop BIsolutions
• Branch operations coordination & training
• Works to developemployeesskills evaluates performance and provides feedback and oversees resolution of employee relationsissues
• Manages ahigh-caliberteam ofemployees
• Engages in allstrategic RFQopportunities
• Ensures ISO Compliant corrective process being administratedtimelyand thoroughly from point of defect awareness through corrective action implementation andcompletion
• 50% client facingrole

Financial

• Ensuresconsistency of the process and our performance so company has a scalable operation to grow on
• Manages cost andrevenueto ensure proper yield so(Earnings before Interest Depreciation Taxes and Amortization) EBIDTA targetsareachieved for the assigned account(s)
• Provides financial reporting to relevantstakeholders

• Functions well both independently and in team setting
• Proficient in both Excel and Microsoft Word

EDUCATION AND DIRECT WORK EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of related experience
• 3-5 years of industry experience preferred

Washington required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 122000 - 200000 annually.
