• Masters Degree in Divinity Religion Theology or related discipline from an accredited institution required
• Ordination or commissioned to function by an appropriate religious authority required
• Completion of a minimum of four (4) units of certified Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare chaplaincy or spiritual care including at least three (3) years in a leadership role with responsibility for staff operations and program management required

• ACPE - Certified Educator through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education required
• Current board certification through the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Spiritual Care Association (SCA) or another nationally recognized certifying body required
