- Lead the development and execution of the CargillNow organizational change management (OCM) and employee experience strategy.
- Establish governance standards and best practices for change management communications training and user adoption.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies that build executive sponsorship organizational alignment reinforce key messages and drive accountability for change outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder change impact and organizational readiness assessments to identify risks opportunities and required interventions.
- Lead communication planning and execution for platform enhancements releases and enterprise initiatives.
- Create and oversee role-based learning and training strategies that prepare employees managers and leaders for new ways of working.
- Partner with UX Product and Platform teams to improve usability employee experience engagement and adoption of the platform.
- Build and manage change champion and stakeholder networks to accelerate adoption and gather feedback.
- Monitor adoption readiness employee sentiment training effectiveness and business value metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and address change risks resistance and adoption barriers through targeted interventions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across CargillNow functional product teams and related employee experience initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to ensure sustainable adoption measurable business outcomes and consistent employee experience.
- Support the evaluation of proposed initiatives by documenting expected business outcomes benefits and success measures to help prioritize investments that maximize organizational value.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimumrequirementof10years of relevant work experienceincludingleading organizational change management communications or learning initiatives.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business process and technology transformations including driving organizational change stakeholder alignment communications and adoption across global geographically dispersed organizations to achieve business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability todesigninfluence communicateand engage senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading adoption and employee engagement for ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing role-based training and learning programs.
- Experienceestablishinggovernance standards and best practices for change management communications and user adoption across complex organizations.
- Demonstrated use of adoption readiness satisfaction and business outcome metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The expected salary for this position is $140000 - $190000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
