We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales Enablement to join our team and play a pivotal role in cultivating sales excellence at JLL.
You will lead the design and delivery of sales training and skills development programs creating world-class training programs that empower our selling organization. You are part builder part strategist and part coach capable of moving seamlessly from high-level program design to hands-on content creation and delivery.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Strategy & Leadership:Partner with leadership to define our training strategy identify performance gaps and build a learning roadmap that aligns with key business priorities.
- Program Development:Design build and manage comprehensive enablement programs focused on building a high-performing learning culture. These include role-based skill academies everboarding and talent development initiatives.
- Content & Instructional Design:Oversee the creation and maintenance of impactful learning contentleveraging generative AI to accelerate developmentand ensure assets are personalized and effective across multiple formats (e.g. e-learning instructor-led training job aids video).
- Facilitation & Delivery:Facilitate key training sessions for sales teams and leaders demonstrating best-in-class delivery in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Performance & Measurement:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programsusing AI-driven analyticsto report on business impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration:Act as a central point of contact for skills development collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Product and Operations to ensure learning content is accurate and relevant.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience:5 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development with a proven track record of creating and leading impactful learning programs in a B2B environment.
- Versatility:Demonstrated ability to manage the entire enablement lifecycle from strategic planning and instructional design to hands-on facilitation and program management.
- Sales Acumen:Deep understanding of sales processes methodologies and the challenges faced by modern sales teams.
- Leadership & Influence:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- AI & Technical Fluency:Demonstrable experience using AI tools in a training context including coaching content creation and analysis. Fluency with core technologies is a must (eg: Microsoft Suite Seismic Articulate and Adobe).
- Mindset:A strategic self-starting leader who is results oriented data-driven and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Estimated compensation for this position:
144000..00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
