Director RN Case Management

Extensive Hospital Case Management leadership experience required to complete the job duties

Utilizes the nursing process in assessing planning implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer.

Provides expert care and education to patients in the perioperative setting acts as a patient advocate leader and mentor for assistive personnel.

Knowledgeable in all surgical procedures disease processes interventions and pharmacological agents.

Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.

Current (or eligible) Montana RN license required.

One year of Hospital Case Management Leadership experience

Must possess a Bachelors degree. Advanced degree (MSN Healthcare Administration and MBA) strongly preferred.
