Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee HEI Hotels & Resorts. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3 years related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and familiarity with hotel operations yield management and PMS systems.
• Skilled in analyzing financial data critical thinking and adjusting to changing demand and market conditions.
• Excellent organizational presentation and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Consistently maintains a professional service-oriented approach and adheres to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
