Position Overview
An established technology and engineering solutions organization is seeking a senior industry leader to drive growth innovation and strategic client engagement within highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
This role combines commercial leadership industry expertise digital transformation consulting and executive relationship management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence developing industry-focused solutions and helping organizations modernize manufacturing operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Leadership & Market Development
Establish and execute long-term growth strategies for regulated manufacturing sectors.
Monitor emerging industry trends regulatory developments and technology innovations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across manufacturing organizations.
Represent the organization at industry forums conferences and executive briefings.
Develop strategic insights industry perspectives and market-facing thought leadership content.
Guide clients through modernization initiatives involving manufacturing operations quality systems and digital transformation.
Solution Strategy & Innovation
Design industry-focused service offerings spanning manufacturing technology automation data platforms analytics and operational excellence.
Partner with technical and delivery teams to create scalable solutions and reusable frameworks.
Develop business cases value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Support development of solution architectures involving manufacturing systems industrial data environments cloud technologies and advanced analytics.
Business Growth & Client Engagement
Lead strategic business development initiatives within regulated manufacturing accounts.
Build and expand relationships with senior executives and operational leaders.
Identify qualify and pursue transformational consulting and technology opportunities.
Guide complex proposal development commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Contribute to revenue growth through expansion of existing relationships and acquisition of new clients.
Present business value operational improvements compliance benefits and ROI to executive audiences.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor business development and client-facing teams.
Collaborate with engineering automation software analytics and consulting groups.
Support major client engagements as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor.
Foster alignment between business objectives regulatory requirements and technical delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Technology or a related discipline.
12 years of experience within pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated success leading strategic client relationships and revenue-generating initiatives.
Experience selling or delivering large-scale consulting automation manufacturing technology or digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of compliance-driven manufacturing environments and industry regulations.
Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
Proven ability to drive sustainable business growth and market expansion.
