Overview

Position Summary

The Director Point of Care leads the Point of Care teams Point of Care marketplace efforts by providing functional management and leadership to a team of Point of Care Associate Directors & Supervisor. They own the Point of Care media plan story quality of work output contributes to new POC solutions manages and trains direct reports. and can be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the marketplace.

The goal for this role is to support client Point of Care marketplace initiatives and help develop and maintain PHM Point of Care partnerships.

  • You will have a strong understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
  • You will have a strong understanding of clients business and goals
  • You will an expert understanding how client business objectives translate into Point of Care marketplace strategies
  • You will have am expert understanding of the overall Point of Care marketplace and partner landscape
  • You will have an expert understanding of Point of Care partnership opportunities deals and terms
  • You will develop a knowledge PHMs Terms Conditions and Point of Care partner contracting process

You will be responsible for:

  • The Point of Care channel investment strategy
  • Owns POC tacticalrecommendation includingbusiness rules for officeselection and cross franchise strategy
  • Blocking issue contact for Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner. Confirmation of delivery by office.
  • Accountable for daily execution of Point of Care team tasks
  • Accountable for managing timely delivery of Point of Care team projects and tasks
  • Ensures guidelines in Point of Care process efficiencies etc. are implemented and operational
  • Accountable for ongoing Marketplaceintelligence POVs
  • Accountable for POC marketplace 101s andeducation days
  • Drives POVs on new investment offerings processes and technologies
  • Responsible for assignment and execution of ad hoc projects

Internal External Relationships

  • Responsible for developing talent delegating appropriately and ensuring teams are working smoothly
  • Accountable for managing and prioritizing team assignments
  • Provides clear regular communication regarding client and project goals prioritization and measures of success to all key stakeholders
  • Fosters a positive work environment
  • Provides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team members
  • Delivers constructive actionable feedback to team
  • Continues to develop working relationships with client contacts as necessary
  • Strong relationships with Point of Care media partners and point of escalation for partners and Point of Care team
  • Collaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teams
  • Strong relationships with key Groupe teams PMX APEX
  • Contributes to new business efforts as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 7 years of media planning and/or buying for with preference in Point of Care Out of Home or HCP
  • 2 years recent HCP media experience
  • 2 years people management experience

Compensation Range: USD $106780.00 - USD $153405.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law compensation will be determined based on the skills qualifications and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
