Job Summary
Average Salary $79322/year (includes wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.)

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations
- Oversee clinical and administrative functions
- Develop and implement program goals policies and procedures
- Supervise and support staff development
- Represent the agency in public and private forums
- Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
