Director People Business Partner
The Director People Business Partner (PBP) positionserves as a strategic consultant to the business specifically Technology and Product ensuring talent strategies and business objectives are aligned while also building key relationships with the management team. You will partner with other People Team functionsnotably Talent Acquisition Talent and Culture and TotalRewardsto implement best practices in the region and ensure seamless delivery of global processes. A successful PBP acts as a team member champion and change agent to help make an impact at Sabre!
Responsibilities
- Design and implement People Team strategiesprograms and projects across the region to achieve organizational goals.
- Build strong and influential relationships across Sabre business units based on respect and trust.
- Assess and refine organization structures in partnership with leaders tooptimizeoutcomes and ensure maximum efficiency.
- Partner with regional & global teams to give expertadvice on talent recruitment compensation grievances/complaints and learning of the employees.
- Plan and execute organizational design strategies or actions needed across your client group.
- Work with respectiveteams to develop and implement the full range of workforce planning succession planning and talent management strategies supporting the delivery of business requirements.
- Acts as a member of the business representingthe People Team in a strategic and consultative manner.
- Review and analyze business and People Teammetricsincluding data on retention and employeeexperiencetorecommend improvements.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all People Team matters embedding a performance-oriented culture and Sabre values.
- Collaborate with global leaders toidentifyopportunities for productivity improvement via review of organizational structuresstreamlining ofbusiness processes continuousimprovementsand performance management.
- Engage with Talent Acquisition toidentifykey talent for the business and the global team on Talent Management.
- Ensure that human resources practicesare in compliance withlocal legal requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.

Preferred Education and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of human resources experience particularly proven experience working and influencing business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience in technologyairlineor travel industriesispreferred.
- Good local labor law knowledge.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization supporting global initiatives across the region.
- Ability to influence and partner withdifferent levelsof the organization.
- Strong business and human resources acumen including strong problem-solving skills criticalthinkingand influencing skills.
- Skilledcommunicatorwith a strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Strong project management organizational planning time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage change within a complex matrixed organization.
- Collaborative approach a winningattitudeand passion.
- Strong knowledgeofMicrosoft officemainly PowerPoint Excel.
